Yep, you guessed it. Push ups!

In this Tabata 4 minute workout, you’ll do 20 seconds of push ups followed by 10 second of rest. What better way to get our arms toned for tank tops; showing off those guns! Watch the video to follow along with our personal trainer, Sabrina, as she does the tabata push up workout.
