Dance is a total body workout that will put a smile on your face and a bounce in your step. This high energy dance class doesn’t slow down, so get ready to sweat.
Each song is choreographed so you will pick up the moves quickly, but you have to keep up! We want to keep your heart pumping, so the beat doesn’t stop.
DANCE – Easier Version (30 Min)
This dance class uses easier choreography to help you find your groove and get a great cardio workout.
Dance to fun energy pop and hip hop music. Don’t worry about the steps, just move. We celebrate you having your own style. This is your time to have fun and dance like no one’s watching!
