San Diego Yoga Instructor – Ali Purpera
Ali turned to yoga three years ago to balance out stress placed on her body from running. She’s been hooked from her very first Namaste! She recently traveled to Belize for her Yoga Certification and is thrilled to start her yoga teaching journey with Bootique Fitness. Ali believes that yoga should be an approachable practice to everyone and that the student is free to define what their own yoga experience. She specializes in Vinyasa yoga flow, and more specifically Power Yoga. This practice offers a fantastic workout for your body and an invitation to mindfulness and intention for your soul.
