On our mission to inspire happy and healthy lives, we recommend supplementing your regular workout schedule with vinyasa yoga flow classes to open and relax the body. This is a great solution for releasing stress in both your body and your mind. Our classes are open to all fitness levels. No experience necessary. We invite newbies and drop-in practitioners to join us for classes that are available indoors and outdoors – Yoga San Diego style!

Our classes are held both indoors and outdoors; giving you options for an ultimate yoga experience. In an outdoor yoga class, you can truly become one with nature. An indoor yoga class can give you peace and quiet, or soft soothing music, to hone in on your mental focus and intentions.

Vinyasa Flow Yoga classes maintain awareness and focus on the breath while moving through a series of postures. The sequence of postures may be different from class to class, but always follow an intelligent progression that moves from basic to complex. This style of yoga builds heat, flexibility and strength, while maintaining focus on good alignment and sound structure. Postures flow together to unite the body to the breath and mind.

Smaller groups mean that each person gets personal attention.  We get to know you, your capabilities and how you like to be motivated so that we can guide, empower and encourage you to progress to the next level. Rest assured, if you are a beginner, haven’t exercised in a while or recovering from an injury, we’re there to modify the exercises to give you a safe and effective alternative.

Small group training classes offer the positive benefits of having an experienced personal trainer + the camaraderie and support you feel from a group of like-minded women.

Bootique is a community. Our clients find it easy to form bonds with the women they sweat with and that connection motivates them to show up and do their best.

As your trainer, we email, call, set goals, follow up, cheer you on. We not only notice if you miss class… we reach out and ask why and make sure you get to the next one.

We’ve designed a series of workout videos and programs for you to use in the event that you can’t make it to a class. There’s always a way to get your Bootique work out completed.

We’ve proven our program works time and time again. It’s important to us to prove it to you. When you take our advice and follow our guidance, it will work for you. However, if you are following the program and not satisfied, we will refund your purchase.

    Bring an exercise (yoga) mat and water.

    Dress in athletic wear, sneakers and be prepared to sweat. It’s a good idea to wear layers. The most important thing is to be comfortable.

    Not at all. This class is open to all fitness levels. We welcome beginners.

    Remember when you were a kid and you loved to play at the park – that’s what we do! We create fun exercises and programs to increase your health and fitness, strengthen your body, reduce your weight, burn your fat off, heal your aches and make you feel like a kid again. Your program will be customized to challenge you at your current fitness level whether this is your first time exercising or if you have been an athlete all your life, we can make you even better.
