Strong Core with A Flat Stomach (Follow Along Workout)

Let those abs shine!

Follow along with Sabrina Campbell, San Diego Personal Trainer for Bootique, in this video as she demonstrates 4 exercises that will target your stomach to tone and tighten so you can feel good about showing a little skin this Summer. Remember, having a flat stomach starts by having a good food and exercise program.

For this workout, you’ll do 50 seconds of each exercise with 10 seconds of rest in between for 1-2 rounds:

Abdominal exercises:
slicing v-sit
burpee legs with a twist
double leg extensions
cross body mountain climbers
