For this workout, you’ll do:

For the workout, you’ll do each exercise for 9 reps on the first round, then 8 reps on the second round, then 7 reps… counting down until 1 rep each. This is a really fun one – but it doesn’t offer you any rest. That way – you can burn more calories in less time. Get at it!
