This Tabata will work every part of your body; we’ve got legs, core, arms, back – the works! With 20 seconds on, 10 second rest, these high intensity intervals have been shown to increase fat burning and improve athletic performance. Shorter but high intense workouts that burn fat and increase muscle? Where do you sign up?! Right here with Frog Thrusters!

Similar to a burpee, the frog thruster just adds another bonus item – the “frog” jump. To begin, jump down into push up position, take a push up, and then JUMP the legs in to a low squat/frog position. Next, jump your legs back and push up (without standing up). Turn on that Tabata timer or follow our Bootique trainer Sabrina Campbell as she leaps into this frog-like exercise. Let’s do it!
