Zumba by Bootique Gets Krazy!

There are some fun changes to the Zumba party at Bootique Fitness.

The classes are still held on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5:30pm. You can still find the women of Bootique Fitness rocking to the beat of high-energy, eclectic varieties of music in San Diego.

You may be wondering what’s different…

The big change is Jaylin Allen, head trainer at Bootique Fitness, is leading the Zumba parties on Tuesdays and Thursdays. After months of training and learning all things Zumba, she has jumped right in and made an impact as the new Zumba instructor for Bootique Fitness.

Jaylin is committed to making sure Zumba participants have fun, keep moving and enjoy working out at their own pace. You don’t have to be a dancer to join in the fun. You just need a willing attitude and the desire to dance and have fun. Jaylin is there to guide you, but you are the captain of your ship and are able to adjust the dance moves to fit your individual fitness level.

Don’t forget water!

Make sure you bring plenty of cold water and you may want a sweat towel, too. Burning up to 800 calories is hard work and you will sweat. Be sure to wear light weight, breathable, loose fitting clothes to the Zumba party. Workout wear like shorts, yoga pants and sport tanks are great gear for Zumba fitness classes. Even if it is somewhat chilly outside, be sure to layer as this workout is sure to get hot fast.

Because of the fun, dynamic and challenging nature of the workout, classes tend to fill rather quickly. While you can drop in for class, it is better to register for Zumba dance classes. Don’t worry about how you look or how you’re moving. Just keep dancing! That’s the Zumba way! See you soon!

  1. Zumba has been THE BEST cardio work out I have ever done. If you havent done it, try it ONCE. Jaylin makes it so fun, and you feel great afterwards. You dont have to know how to dance either, trust me 😉
