HOW TO ZOOM

Zoom is one of 2020’s best conveniences when it comes to flexibility of your fitness training.

You can use Zoom from your computer, tablet or smart phone.

Start by downloading Zoom.us or the Zoom app.

When you register for a class, you’ll receive a confirmation email with the link and password to join us.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED FOR CLASS

For DANCE Cardio Hip Hop:

  • water
  • turn video camera off and dance like no one’s watching

For Interval Training classes like BLAST and BLEND:

  • a mat or soft floor
  • water
  • pair of dumbbells (up to 15 lbs each)
  • keep camera on so the trainer can see your form

For Specialty classes like Stability Ball and Quick Booty Bands:

  • necessary equipment will be in the class descriptions
  • always have water
  • keep camera on so the trainer can see your form
