Choosing a Meal Plan that Works for You

With summer almost here, there has never been a better time to turn your eating habits around and hone in on a healthy meal plan. There is a lot of info out there, and we understand it’s hard to choose what might be the right fit for you. Luckily, Bootique has several meal plan options that are available to our members.

Short term goals

Our 4 Week Meal Plan is a great starting point if you want to establish new, clean eating habits. We will teach you what foods support a healthy lifestyle and introduce you to whole foods you may not have tried before. If you have an upcoming event or trip and want to lose a few pounds quickly, you can check out our 2 Week Rapid Fat Loss plan. This 2-week plan was designed for short term weight loss only as it is more restrictive and does not support nutrition our bodies need as a long-term eating plan.

Long term goals

For long-term meal plans that set you up for success, you can check out our Healthy Living Meal plans. With these, you will calculate your estimated target calorie intake and choose the meal plan from our list that is right for you. These plans include your grocery list and recipes, so it takes the guess work out of each meal.
