Congratulations Judi!
We are proud to announce Judi as our Featured Boot Camp Client!
Judi is such an inspiration to our Bootique’ers! She’s 69 years young!
She’s an avid cyclist, Judi works hard to strengthen her body at boot camp! She brings kindness and joy to our community every single class. We can’t take all the credit for Judi’s hard work though – check out the note about her mother below.
What would you like people to know about you?
I’ve been a marriage and family therapist for 30 years. I love my work and feel very privileged to be able to share this sacred space with my clients.
I have a wonderful family which includes my partner of 16 years, two daughters with their husbands, and three grandchildren. My mother has been a lifetime exerciser and nutrition fanatic. She is 102 and still exercising and eating healthfully. “I’ve seen first hand how important exercise and good nutrition is for our health and well-being. Watching my Mom has encouraged me to exercise and be conscious of what I eat so that I can live a healthy, productive life.”
Judi’s Experience with Bootique Fitness
Judi talks about how she came to work out with us and what her experience has been like in our San Diego boot camp.
How long have you been training with Bootique Fitness?
I just hit my 2 year Bootique anniversary!
What results have you seen since coming to Bootique Fitness? How do your results make you feel?
I have been cycling and hiking for the past 15 years. Since beginning Bootique Fitness, I have seen a number of changes in my fitness. It is particularly noticeable in my cycling as I now have more power and endurance. I also notice my balance has improved as well.
Tell me about your experience with the trainers.
I think Jaylin and the other trainers are fabulous. They have created an atmosphere which is respectful and supportive of all of our differences, which include size, shape, age, and fitness levels. When any of us are injured, they adapt the exercises so we can continue to participate but to prevent further injury.
What do you enjoy the most about Bootique Fitness?
I love the support and camaraderie of all of the participants and trainers. Bootique Fitness is an excellent program for everybody.
Is there anything else you would like to add?
I have a great appreciation for Bootique Fitness!
