We are proud to announce Lorie as our Featured Bootique Client!

Lorie is a fantastic client! She’s always willing to push herself during her training sessions, listening to cues and following directions. She gets excited by sore muscles and never complains.

She truly lives a fit and active lifestyle and sets a good example for her 3 kids with regular bike rides and taking exercise classes with her daughter. She recognizes that good health requires a full spectrum of eating well, moving often and bodywork recovery. She’s a regular when it comes to massage and chiropractic care. It’s a great pleasure to participate on her fitness journey. She is an inspiration!

What would you like our community to know about you?

I grew up in Jamul, CA and have been a stay-at-home mom for the majority of my life. I have two sons, Kyle and Ryan, and one daughter, Aly. I now reside by the beach with my two dogs and enjoy spending as much time outside.

What are your hobbies/interests outside of our classes?

I love spending time outside riding bikes, hiking, paddle boarding, or hanging out at the beach. I also love going outside my bubble and traveling to new places.

Tell us an interesting or unusual fact about yourself.

I am a bit of a foodie and love to try new restaurants.

How long have you been training with Bootique Fitness?

I’ve been training with Sabrina for around two years.

What was your life like before Bootique Fitness? How is that different now that you train with Bootique?

Bootique fitness has given me the ability to lose weight and get back into shape.

What results have you seen since coming to Bootique Fitness? How do your results make you feel?

I have lost weight, become a lot stronger, and am now living a more active lifestyle daily.

Tell me about your experience with the trainers.

I’ve taken a couple boot camps and yoga classes, but mostly train with my awesome trainer Sabrina. I could not ask for someone more fun, positive, and motivating.

What are your favorite/least favorite exercise?

My least favorite exercise is definitely frog jumps. My favorite exercise is dead lifts.

What do you enjoy the most about Bootique Fitness?

I love the flexibility in locations and being able to train outdoors around San Diego.

What would you say to someone on the fence about making a change & committing to their goals?

I would say that its hard to see an end goal at first, but committing to a healthier lifestyle and making exercise a habit significantly increases your overall happiness, health, and wellness.

Is there anything else you would like to add?

I am very appreciative to be surrounded by empowering women and to be a part of the Bootique family!
