San Diego Personal Trainers Share Their Favorite Exercises for A Sexy Butt
Every woman I know wants to have a great butt. Some of us were born with better assets than others, but we can all appreciate working with what we have to make it even better. Our Personal Trainers in San Diego know how to train your glutes to create a nice, tight bum!
Here are our personal trainers favorite exercises to create a great butt!
Jaylin – San Diego personal trainer
Jaylin’s favorite exercise for training my glutes are single leg deadlifts. The single leg deadlift is often referred to as the non-surgical butt lift as it really targets the glute/ham tie in – that area between your butt and your thighs that lifts your butt.
This exercise also teaches you how to stabilize on one leg, which improves your balance and coordination. Plus, many of my clients have told me that they’ve noticed a decrease in cellulite since training with this exercise. Convinced now?
