We are proud to announce Elyse as our Featured Bootique Client!
Elyse is fantastic – hard working and positive at every class. Sometimes we get lucky and she comes to show off her moves at dance class too! Fortunately, she makes it to a lot of our community events so we have a fun way to getting to know her better. As you can see in her photo… she likes to keep a bit of mystery… so you’ll just have to come play with us to get to know her better too!
Sarah adds: “Always happy, very even keel. If she’s dying you only know it by a brief comment. She’s kind, quiet, positive, and silly! I always enjoy her in class. Plus we have almost the exact same hair :)”
What would you like people to know about you?
I am a California girl.
What are your hobbies/interests outside of our classes?
I enjoy running, cooking, photography to name a few. I usually go in cycles with my hobbies because I have so many interests!
Tell us an interesting or unusual fact about yourself.
Sto imparando l’italiano.
How about sharing one of your guilty pleasure?
Sleeping. I really love sleep!
How long have you been training with Bootique Fitness?
A little over 1 year now I think!
What was your life like before Bootique Fitness? How is that different now that you train with Bootique?
Most of my workouts used to be solitary, and well, boring. But training with Bootique has been like hanging out with friends every other day. Much more fun.
What results have you seen since coming to Bootique Fitness? How do your results make you feel?
I never had much strength or tone in my muscles before joining Bootique, especially upper body. I always dreaded push ups. Now I can just get after them with confidence!
Tell me about your experience with the trainers.
The trainers are always challenging me and making me better! And they are pretty cool people.
What are your favorite/least favorite exercises?
I like squats because there are many different types. I really don’t like crab walks, blah.
What do you enjoy the most about Bootique Fitness?
The people. Added bonus that I get a good workout.
What would you say to someone on the fence about making a change & committing to their goals?
Just get started. Have a goal just for that day. Then keep doing it. Some days it may not happen, but that doesn’t mean you can’t start over the next day.
