The Circuit Workout
Here’s a little taste of the types of circuits we do. For a complete, full body workout combine this video with part 1.
Complete each exercise in the superset for 1 minute. Repeat the superset for 3 rounds – that’s 6 minutes total. Take a minute rest and then perform the next superset the same way. Part 1 of this series includes two more supersets for you. Remember to warm up to prepare your body for your workout and stretch afterwards to help your body recover and prevent injuries. Enjoy!
