YES! It can.

You can search all over the internet and ask all your friends for weight loss tips… and you’ll get way more answers than you need, or that you could ever actually put to use. I say – why make it so complicated… it’s really rather simple.

The 2 most important weight loss tips

1. Do things that you enjoy!
2. Do them with a friend!

People are always coming to me feeling down on themselves because they couldn’t commit to a fitness program… or they failed to achieve their new year’s resolution… again! Over and over, I hear stories of people feeling like they have tried everything and just can’t find something that works for them.

The question I ask every time is: “where you having any fun?” Every single time – that answer is No!

I don’t believe in willpower

Willpower is forcing yourself to do something that you really don’t want to do – who would choose that? Not me.

My entire fitness philosophy is based around feeling good in the moment. When you feel good, and you’re having fun, it’s easy to stay consistent to a fitness program.

Weight loss tips for eating

The same philosophy goes for your nutritional choices. If you hate what you are forcing yourself to eat… it won’t be long before you give up that diet and revert back to your old habits. However, if you make conscious choices to eat foods that you enjoy that are also in line with your goals – now, you have the beginnings of a lifestyle change – one you can stick too easily.
