Hotel Circuit Workout
We recorded a series of 4 mini circuit workouts that you can do anywhere. Perhaps you’re traveling for the holidays or maybe just too busy to get to your regular workout session, use these circuits to get a quick sweat on. These circuits are designed for beginners. Start by downloading a free interval timer app on your phone.
Set interval to 40 seconds work, 20 seconds of rest, complete all 3 exercises in a row, then repeat 2 more times for a total of 9 minutes. Use this as a mini workout or take up to a minute rest and choose another circuit to complete.
