Let’s mix it up!
In this 4 minutes tabata arm workout, we’ll alternate between 2 exercises. First, we use mountain climbers to get your heart rate up and burn off extra calories. After 10 seconds of rest, we’ll do a set of push ups to tone your arms, shoulders and chest. Repeat each for a total of 4 rounds and you’ll be ready to show off your tone arms in a tank top in no time!
One of our Personal Trainers in San Diego, Sabrina, will also show you modifications so that you can do this workout at any fitness level.
