No burgers or fries in this tabata – just 20 seconds of squats and jumps swirled in with a 10 second rest. You can do these at work, home, or with your kids at the park. Just good old-fashioned work with the highest results. Let’s do it!
Start by standing tall with your core engaged and feet close together. Now, bend your knees into a squat position and jump your legs out wide. Then, jump straight up keeping your core engaged and land with your feet wide. Then, bend your knees and jump back to the start with your feet close together, now jump straight up. You stay low when you change from wide to narrow foot positions. Follow our Sabrina, one of our fantastic personal trainers in San Diego, for the correct form and for a modification if needed.
Happy Tabata Thursday!
