Gain control of your abs again!
These are slow and controlled movements. Focus in on your abdominals and your breathing as you do these boot camp exercises. In this circuit, do each exercise for 40 seconds and take a 5 second rest between exercises. Once you complete a circuit, take a 30 second rest and repeat it again.
How many circuits can you do? We’re using a Gymboss interval timer. Set the first timer for 40 seconds and the second time for 5 seconds or just follow along with our Boot Camp Instructor.
