You’re invited to come work out on the convention center stairs. It’s a 45 min workout full of a variety of drills on the stairs. This is a great chance to mix it up and get a hard core high intensity cardio interval workout!


Who: Ed Joseph of Man Up Fitness, our brother company, hosts these stair boot camp workouts. He invites Bootique Fitness members to join the stair workouts – complimentary.

Where: Bayside of the San Diego convention center. The group meets in the the metered parking lot past Joe’s Crab Shack. Make sure you’re on time as the group moves around.

What to bring: Just water. This group doesn’t stay in one place so you don’t want to drag around a lot of belongings.

Directions: Drive East on North Harbor Drive and pass the Convention Center on your right.

Take a right on Park Blvd and keep going until you reach a meter parking lot at the end of the road behind the Convention Center on the bay side.

Parking: There is a metered parking lot in the very back past Joe’s Crab Shack. (Class is usually during times when you don’t have to pay the meter.)
