You’re busy… You can’t find an hour to workout, can you?
No worries – it does not take an hour to do an effective workout. Short workouts can be even more effective than long workouts. The key is INTENSITY!
The more intense your workout is, the shorter it can be. We recommend getting 45 minutes of activity a day, but it doesn’t have to be all at one time. 5-10 minutes here and there can add up.
This workout is only 4 minutes. Just 2 exercises, 50 seconds of work with a 10 second break, repeated twice.
