Complete a resistance band workout for strength and tone arms!

You can do this workout anywhere. All you need is a resistance band! We’re using complex exercises – moving multiple muscles at one time to increase the amount of fat you burn by doing this workout. Repeat this circuit 3-4 times for a great workout! Remember to warm up and cool down before and after each workout.
