Our community partner, Nicole Stone, Acupuncturist and Owner of Remember to Breathe just shared a list of great classes they are hosting in their community room this March.

I highly recommend you stop by to visit Nicole. You’ll get a good feeling just by reading the sign on her door, “Please come in if you need a little relaxation, energy boost or a smile!” That’s before you even take a class or get a treatment. Don’t stop there… See what else is happening in their community room.

Daylight Saving Time begins and so does Spring! This is a great month to get out and start having some fun. January & February are when we are winding down and recuperating from the holidays. As we come into March, we are stepping into a season of growth and activity. The Remember To Breathe Community Room is THRIVING with new teachers and classes!!!

Healthy Body with Healing Foods & Detoxing

FREE CLASS: Monday, March 24th at 6:30pm with Nicole Stone, L.Ac.

We are dealing with a lot of health issues these days that are exacerbated by a high inflammatory diet, physical & emotional stress, and toxic overload. Many of the health issues people are complaining about (chronic pain/muscle tension, headaches/migraines, allergies, arthritis, digestive issues, menstrual irregularities/fertility issues, fatigue, and so on) can be diminished solely by looking at our nutritional choices and the quality of our foods.

In this class we will discuss:

  • How do foods & toxins affect our digestive, endocrine & nervous system?
  • Is your digestive system actually absorbing all the nutrients from your food?
  • Why is the liver so important and how come Nicole talks about it so much?
  • How to create a healthy food plan & cleanse toxins on a daily basis?

Spring is the season of letting go and cleansing our bodies of the excess we have consumed through the winter. It’s time to lighten up and focus on the new foods of the season.
