If you are motivated by more quantifiable factors like measurements, scale weight and body fat analysis – we’re here for you with full body assessments and results tracking.

We’ve designed a series of workout videos and programs for you to use in the event that you can’t make it to a class. There’s always a way to get your Bootique work out completed.

YOGA CLASSES

Classes available indoors and outdoors. 

Vinyasa Flow Yoga classes maintain awareness and focus on the breath while moving through a series of postures. The sequence of postures may be different from class to class, but always follow an intelligent progression that moves from basic to complex. This style of yoga builds heat, flexibility and strength, while maintaining focus on good alignment and sound structure. Postures flow together to unite the body to the breath and mind. Open to all fitness levels. No experience necessary.
