I love my training experience with Bootique Fitness! I have finally been able to develop a routine committing to three mornings a week for 45 minutes, and I am in the best shape of my life (I’m 29). I feel great, I look great, and I fit into all of my “skinny” clothes including my favorite jeans. I have more energy and confidence than ever before, and I truly owe it all to Jaylin’s class. Training with Jaylin is fun because her energy and smile are so infectious. You can’t help but feel great about working out – and it was 6:00 am in the morning. All of the exercises were do-able – the key was repetition and consistency.
