I Want To See My Abs – Boot Camp Workout In San Diego

Follow along with fitness trainer Fauntelle with this 4 minute circuit to target your abs from every direction. Do each of the 4 exercises for 25 seconds and take a 5 second break.

Complete each exercise 2 times for a total of 4 minutes. We are using a gymboss interval timer to keep our intervals on track.

Alternate single leg lowering
Side plank lift and lower left
Side plank lift and lower right
Sinking boat
