No equipment necessary fat burning cardio interval workout
Follow along with Sarah as she shows you how to do this high intensity cardio interval workout – boot camp style. This workout is so versatile, you can do it anywhere. All you need is an interval timer like the one we have here by Gymboss interval timer.
Just 2 exercises
You’re going to superset 2 exercises back to back. The first exercise last for 30 seconds at a very high intensity – pushing yourself as hard as you can. The second exercise will last for 60 seconds – this is your moderate to light recovery exercise, giving your heart rate a chance to come down a little so you can find the power to go all out again on the next high intensity set.
Set your 1st time for 30 seconds and the 2nd for 60 seconds. The first exercise is mountain climbers. Remember – Go All Out on this one. Then, for active recovery, you’ll do bum kicks for 60 seconds. One full round takes 90 seconds. Repeat this for 14 rounds for a 21 minute workout. Make sure you warm up before your workout and cool down after to prepare your body and avoid injuries.
