Greek Avocado Dip

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 avocados, diced
  • 1 package of almond milk soft cheese
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 1/2 – 1 english cucumber, diced
  • 1/4 red onion, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • hefty pinch of salt and pepper

DIRECTIONS

  1. Place all ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Mix.
  3. Eat with chips, veggies or just a damn spoon!
