The cardio exercise incorporates dance and aerobic moves borrowed from all types of choreography including: hip-hop, samba, salsa, mambo, soca, pop and more. Zumba is a modern day craze with over 12 million people participating regularly across the globe.
Zumba is an amazing way for friends and families to come together in a healthy, exciting way. Zumba is not only fun, but it has positive effects on your cardiovascular health, endurance and overall mood and well-being.
