Getting Bikini Ready
Follow along with Sabrina Campbell, San Diego Personal Trainer for Bootique, in this video as she demonstrates 4 exercises that will target your stomach to tone and tighten in time for bikini season. Just a reminder – abdominal exercises alone will not create a flat stomach – that work is done in the kitchen and with a consistent full body workout program. These exercises will enhance the look for your abs when you’re ready to show them off!
For this workout, you’ll do 30 seconds of each exercise for 2 rounds:
cross body mountain climbers
slice with a twist
double leg lower to hip raise
