Try this 5 minute circuit that targets your abs from every directions

You will be flexing, rotating, stabilizing and strengthening your abs. Do each of the 5 exercises for 40 seconds, then take a 10 second break in between sets. We’re using an Interval Timer app to keep track of our rounds.

There are 5 exercises in this circuit:

Sit up with clap
Oblique slice
Alternating toe touch
Bum to head crunch
Plank with a march
