CLASSES BY BOOTIQUE FITNESS

IN PERSON CLASSES

Get ready to feel the “burn” with these cardio-focused classes. Each session is tailored to improving your body’s agility and performance by increasing your heart rate with sweat inducing moves. Feel great about yourself and what you can accomplish with this fast-paced, fat-blasting cardio workout.
Boost your confidence while building lean muscle in this strength and conditioning class. No matter your fitness level, each session will be tailor made to your abilities. This total body workout will help sculpt muscles and melt fat away using a variety of weights, resistance tools and bursts of cardio.
This HIIT (high-intensity interval training) class kicks your metabolism into high gear, torching fat and getting you results in double-time. Push yourself beyond your perceived limits, see how strong you really are, and achieve the results you’ve always dreamed of.
This class focuses on utilizing something that may seem a little mundane but is actually an excellent tool for toning up. Stair climbing burns more calories that walking or even jogging, while simultaneously toning your lower body. Stairs work everything – from your calves to your bottom to your heart – giving you an enviable booty and improved overall fitness.
Cardio Hip Hop is a total body workout that will put a smile on your face and a bounce in your step. This high energy dance class doesn’t slow down, so get ready to sweat. Each song is choreographed so you will pick up the moves quickly, but you have to keep up! We want to keep your heart pumping, so the beat doesn’t stop.
Stretching and foam rolling is an integral part in your body’s health and recovery after an intense workout, and we want to help give you the tools to recover faster. In this clinic, you will engage in relieving muscle tension, improving flexibility and managing muscle soreness. Foam rollers will not be provided, so please bring your own.

ONLINE CLASSES

BLEND is a quick-paced, knee friendly strength workout. Best with an exercise mat a pair of dumbbells (8-15 lbs). Add your very own music playlist and get ready for a great workout!

ZOOM – Stability Ball is a total body workout that focuses on core stability. Stability ball needed.
ZOOM – Quick Booty Bands – Fire up your glutes and shape your lower body. You’ll love how quick and easy we can target your booty in just 15 minutes. Booty band recommended but this class can be completed with body weight only.
The online version of our Cardio Hip Hop class. This is a total body workout that will put a smile on your face and a bounce in your step.
