With summer right around the corner and my workouts lagging, I was in need of some motivation to get into shape and quick. Jaylin has a great attitude and her workouts are fun and tough! The workouts can be modified based on your fitness level so not being able to keep up with the group is never an issue.

After 5 weeks, my clothes are already fitting better and I have a ton more energy. I recommend the Monday, Wednesday, Friday women’s training classes for an effective workout and a great way to meet new friends!
