When I signed up for bootique 4 her with bootique fitness I was expecting to get in shape and work out 3 times a week in class. Jaylin’s amazing program however keeps me active and motivated throughout the week by providing tips on nutrition and exercise to help supplement the outdoor training sessions. After the first few weeks I have already noticed a difference in the way I feel and have more energy. I would definitely recommend Jaylin’s class to anyone looking to get in shape and meet a great group of people to work out with and help keep you motivated.
