I cannot recommend Jaylin’s bootique class enough! The workouts are challenging but fun, and she finds a way to make each day different. Jaylin’s energy is contagious (even at 6:00 in the morning), and the camaraderie and motivation from the other members of the group make the experience that much more enjoyable.

I signed up for the MWF women’s bootique 4 her class with a few of my friends, and it’s a great opportunity to catch up in the morning over pushups, squats and lunges. Not only that, it really helps to have your friends to hold you accountable for getting up each morning.

Jaylin is committed to helping each person reach their fitness goals, and she sends out great health, exercise and nutrition information and tips each week to complement the workouts. If you are looking to get into a great fitness routine, definitely give it a try!
