Join us for a fast 4 min boot camp circuit you can do anywhere.

Fauntelle and I are in my courtyard patio – the only place we can find in San Diego that’s not too windy to record these videos for you.

This is a 50:10 circuit. You do the exercise for 50 seconds and rest 10 seconds between exercises to complete the circuit. Rest up to 1 min before repeating the circuit.

Boot Camp Exercise 1 – Surrender squats
Boot Camp Exercise 2 – Spiderman push ups
Boot Camp Exercise 3 – Frog leaps forward and back
Boot Camp Exercise 4 – Sit up and clap under the knee
