Bikini Booty – San Diego Bootcamp Workout

Shape your booty and burn off any excess jiggle with this short and sweet workout! Just 4 exercises to lift and tone your bottom, burn fat and feel good about wearing a bikini again!

Do each leg exercise for 45 seconds and do 15 seconds of mountain climbers between each exercise.

Leg exercise 1: Swinging Lunge Right Leg (followed by 15 seconds of mountain climbers)
Leg exercise 2: Swinging Lunge Left Leg (followed by 15 seconds of mountain climbers)
Leg exercise 3: 5 mini squats and a jump (followed by 15 seconds of mountain climbers)

    This workout killed on exercise number three! I did it twice with 30 seconds rest between each set. I combined it with the Too Hot to Handle Challenge (I didn’t match Fauntelle’s scores btw) and I want to see my abs workouts. Anyone else?
