Do each leg exercise for 45 seconds and do 15 seconds of mountain climbers between each exercise.

Leg exercise 1: Swinging Lunge Right Leg (followed by 15 seconds of mountain climbers)
Leg exercise 2: Swinging Lunge Left Leg (followed by 15 seconds of mountain climbers)
Leg exercise 3: 5 mini squats and a jump (followed by 15 seconds of mountain climbers)
