Assessment Schedule for Oct – Celebrate Your Progress

It’s time to re-assess and take note of all your hard work!

Assessments are designed to be a positive time – a time to celebrate the great results you are working for. A time to show yourself that it really does pay off to pour your energy into boot camp, choose to eat nutritious and supportive foods and enjoy doing your cardio workouts.

Unfortunately, often people use assessment time to feel really guilty for all the things they haven’t done in the last month – could that be you?

Let’s break that cycle! Use your assessments to track your progress – not to reinforce any expectations of failure. Bring a notebook this time so you can write down your numbers and take them with you. Let them guide you to better and better results.

Bring paper to record your assessment if you want to keep your own results.
