Ab Workout Round Up

We’ve recorded dozens of workout videos for you. Here’s a round up of our latest workout circuits that target your abs to create flat stomachs for women.

In each of the videos (click on the title to get to the video), San Diego Personal Trainer, Sabrina, will give you full explanations as well as modifications on how to do these abdominal exercises. These exercises can be modified for all fitness levels. Enjoy!

1. Strong Core with A Flat Stomach (Follow Along Workout)

For this workout, you’ll do 50 seconds of each exercise with 10 seconds of rest in between for 1-2 rounds:

Abdominal exercises:
slicing v-sit
burpee legs with a twist
double leg extensions
cross body mountain climbers

2. Stability Ball Exercises for the Core

For this workout, do the stability ball exercises in a sequence for 1 minute each. Take 30 seconds to rest and repeat it for 3-4 rounds.

4 Stability Ball Exercises for Abs:
pass between
crunch
pike
roll out

3. Flat Stomach Exercises for Women (Follow Along Workout)

For this workout, you’ll do 30 seconds of each exercise for 2 rounds:

Abdominal exercises:
hollow rocks
cross body mountain climbers
slice with a twist
double leg lower to hip raise

3. Flat Stomach Exercises for Women (Follow Along Workout)

For this workout, you’ll do 30 seconds of each exercise for 2 rounds:

Abdominal exercises:
hollow rocks
cross body mountain climbers
slice with a twist
double leg lower to hip raise

4. 4 Minutes Flat Abs Workout (Follow Along)

For this workout, you’ll do 50 seconds of each exercise with 10 seconds of rest in between for 1-2 rounds:

Abdominal exercises:
v-sit
scissors
slice twist
a raise

5. 4 Minute Non-Stop Abs Workout

For this workout, you’ll do 30 seconds of each exercise without rest for 2 rounds:

Abdominal exercises:
double leg lowers
crunching toe touches
bicycles
plank punches
