When you really want to see your abs, you’ve got to burn off the fat that sits around your waist.

In this video, we alternate between exercises to make your abs stronger with cardio exercises that burn off extra fat that’s hiding your abs now.

30 seconds of each exercise. 5 super-sets totaling 5 minutes per round.

Ab exercise: plank
Cardio exercise: high knees

Ab exercise: alternate knee up
Cardio exercise: mountain climbers

Ab exercise: double leg lower
Cardio exercise: cross body mountain climbers

Ab exercise: leg circles
Cardio exercise: burpee legs

Ab exercise: upper body circles
Cardio exercise: plank jacks
