6 Fat Burning Exercises for a Bodyweight Cardio Workout

Use these 6 bodyweight exercises to burn massive amounts of fat! Sarah, one of our amazing boot camp instructors, will show you how to do each exercise – then you repeat each exercise for 20 reps. Each time you do the workout, try to complete the entire workout of 6 exercises in a shorter period of time. To burn even more fat, repeat the entire circuit.

Before you get started, be sure to warm up and always cool down and stretch at the end of a workout.
