‘Tis the season for delicious desserts! Move over store bought apple pie, Diana has created an apple pie skillet recipe that will leave your mouth watering! It only takes 5 minutes to make!
You can add a sprinkle of coconut sugar to satisfy more of a sweet tooth.
Real Healthy Apple Pie

- 1 teaspoon coconut oil
- 3 apples, chopped
- 1 ½ teaspoons ground cinnamon
- dash of ground nutmeg
- dash of sea salt
- 4 dates, chopped
- ¼ cup ground pecans
- Place the coconut oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add the apples and all of the remaining ingredients and cook, mixing often, until very tender. Serve immediately. Enjoy!
