5 Minute Apple Pie

‘Tis the season for delicious desserts! Move over store bought apple pie, Diana has created an apple pie skillet recipe that will leave your mouth watering! It only takes 5 minutes to make!

You can add a sprinkle of coconut sugar to satisfy more of a sweet tooth.

Real Healthy Apple Pie

Serves: 5


  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil
  • 3 apples, chopped
  • 1 ½ teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • dash of ground nutmeg
  • dash of sea salt
  • 4 dates, chopped
  • ¼ cup ground pecans


  1. Place the coconut oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the apples and all of the remaining ingredients and cook, mixing often, until very tender. Serve immediately. Enjoy!
