Cardio Workout with Bootique Fitness & Virago
We’re teaming up with the fabulous and inspirational owner of Virago Fitness, Miss Brittney Hogan. She’s behind the camera while Sabrina, a Personal Trainer in San Diego, takes your through the exercises.
This video will target your whole body with cardio type exercises to raise your heart rate and use your own muscles to burn fat – this style of fat burning is way more effective than using a cardio machine.
You’ll do each exercise for 1 minute so 4 exercises will take you 4 minutes. Take 30-60 seconds to rest and then repeat. Aim for 3-4 rounds. Sabrina will show you how to safely perform each movement as well as give you modifications so that all fitness levels can do this circuit.
The 4 exercises in this video are:
1. ice skaters
2. rotating reach with push up
3. wide and narrow low squat
4. high knees & mountain climbers
