“Excuse Me!” – Yes, it’s Burpee time!

What’s the most effective all-in-one cardio and strength bodyweight exercise? The Burpee!

Start off in standing position, feet shoulder length apart. First step – jump up and squat down and put your hands to the floor. Second, jump your legs back into plank position. Next? Push-up! Fourth, jump back into squat position. Lastly, jump up! There are many variations of the burpee, but our fitness trainer Sabrina will show you the Bootique classic!

Don’t worry – Sabrina will also show you modifications so that you can do this workout at any fitness level.
