My approach at combining mind and body, using body resistance workouts and the complete individual customization of your lifestyle change, will expand our boundaries beyond the traditional fitness experience. I support my clients every step of the way, and I make special efforts to make this journey easier and more pleasant for you. I find myself playing many roles as I guide my clients to their fitness achievements. I understand and respect the importance of reliability, knowledge, support and fun when you are investing your trust and time in me.
I am a coach – I will consciously listen to your needs and wants, helping you to clearly define your goals and encouraging you to always move towards them. With my support, you will discover and overcome past obstacles and barriers to your success, both in and outside of the training session.
I am an educator – I will teach and demonstrate correct exercise technique while consistently observing and assessing you to ensure you are learning to train with proper form and avoiding injury. You will learn practical lessons about fitness and health that you can immediately apply to your life.
I am a motivator – The best exercise program for you is the one you actually complete. I believe it is important to have fun and incorporate a variety of exercises that will inspire you to look forward to each session.
