AIR Personal Fitness creates a variety of programs to help you balance your exercise and dietary needs with your current lifestyle.
Private sessions – Completely individualized program designed specifically for you to meet your fitness goals.
Semi Private sessions – Enjoy the benefit of a personal trainer at a fraction of the amount. Invite your friends with similar goals for detail oriented personal training. Available for duo, trio, and quad group training.
Boot Camp – Personal Training with an economic investment. Intense and effective interval training outdoors at the marina.
Mind/Body Transformation Program – This small group training program consists of two parts: one part circuit training class, one part nutrition and wellness meeting. This program is designed to bridge the gap between fitness and nutritional education. This class accepts clients who are committed to learning new behaviors, and following techniques that make creating new habits more practical to incorporate into your lifestyle.
