Types of Bootique Classes

Personal Training Group Workout A women-only boot camp style workout that incorporates resistance training, cardio, and fun for optimal results. Appropriate for Client Levels 1, 2, 3
Personal Training Group BYOW A women-only boot camp style workout that incorporates resistance training, cardio, and fun for optimal results. Participants are encouraged to bring their own weights for added intensity. Appropriate for Client Levels 1, 2, 3
Personal Training Group HIIT A higher intensity women-only boot camp style workout that is appropriate for the Bootique’er who is looking for an added challenge. Appropriate for Client Levels 2, 3
Dance Fitness Party Easy-to-follow moves combined with high-energy music. You don’t have to be a dancer to get a great workout. Appropriate for Client Levels 1, 2, 3
Yoga Vinyasa Flow Postures flow together to unite the body to the breath and mind. Open to all fitness levels. Appropriate for Client Levels 1, 2, 3
Client Level Description
1 I’m new to exercise or recovering from an injury.
2 I’m an experienced Bootique’er and have a high comfort level in using weights and applying appropriate technique.
3 I’m an experienced Bootique’er who is looking to take my work out to the next level.
