We’ll make any modifications necessary to keep you safe, check the schedule for updates on any weather cancellations. If the weather looks dangerous, we will cancel class 1 hour in advance. If it’s only drizzling, prepare to get wet.
You cannot “out train” bad nutrition so the diet is a HUGE part of your success plan. It is a simple and straight forward program that has a ton of flexibility yet yields serious results.
