Are you ready to experience a healthy and fit lifestyle? That’s how we help our clients and create long lasting results! We have created a fast and effective 45 minute boot camp workouts and 55 minute Dance Fitness Party classes as well as a complete program of support to change your nutrition and exercise habits. Our programs are good for any fitness level from beginner to advanced athlete.
We are not a ‘typical boot camp’. We design our classes to allow for natural modifications and progressions for everyone. There will be others in the class that are in the same shape as you as well as people more advanced and less advanced. Each person will have the opportunity to work at their own level. We can start you slow but you better believe we will constantly encourage you from where ever you are to the next level, over and over again. Since you will be working at their own maximum, you will not have not time to notice where the other fitness levels are. Your body is more powerful than you probably know, it will advance quickly. We are here to help you every step of the way. You will find your classmates very supportive and encouraging. Our boot camps attract that type of person.
You can expect to achieve a transformation of both body and mind. Not only will you look and feel better, but the biggest achievement is a new attitude that fitness can be a fun, positive part of your life. No longer will you feel like doing your workout is a dreadful chore, once you experience the joy and fun of truly experiencing amazing results while having fun with your friends in the park, you will have created a new mindset when it comes to your fitness and staying healthy.

Your body transformation will be worth celebrating as you can expect to see yourself become toned, tighter and firmer. You will love the new sensation of energy you will feel. Stress will be under control or even disappear. Your stamina and strength will increase, your metabolism will boost, your body fat decrease by as much as 3% – 8%, you can lose a minimum of 5lbs – 12lbs, your thighs and bum will firm up, your tummy flatten. Inches will literally melt away as you add lean muscle and release unwanted fat. Your skin will have a healthy glow and you’re quality of sleep will greatly improve.

Skeptical? This is what I know: once you experience it, you WILL believe it. On top of that, you’ll meet great people, make new friends and have a lot of fun!

Bring an exercise (yoga) mat and water. On BYOW Mondays, we recommend you bring a pair of weights between 15-35 lbs each.

As for clothing: the most important thing is to be comfortable. Dress in athletic wear, sneakers and be prepared to sweat. It’s a good idea to wear layers.

To get the best results, we recommend doing at least 5 intense workouts a week – 3 Personal Training Group sessions and 2 cardio (Dance Fitness Party) workouts. The best results are achieved by members who exercise 5-6 times a week, follow the recommended meal plan and consciously stay active more often in their day.

We create games, challenges, obstacles courses and exercises to increase your health and fitness, strengthen your body, reduce your weight, burn your fat off, heal your aches and make you feel like a kid again. All of our programs can be modified to challenge you at your current fitness level whether this is your first time exercising or if you have been an athlete all your life, we can make you even better.
We get wet and hang out by street lights. We’ll make any modifications necessary to keep you safe, check the schedule for updates on any weather cancellations. If it’s only drizzling, prepare to get wet. 🙂
Yes. Absolutely! If you follow the program as instructed and still do not get results, I will honor a full refund. It’s worth noting that this has never occurred to date, and we do not anticipate that it ever will, but we offer it to take away all risk and ensure you feel 100% confident that we stand behind our program and are fully committed to helping you get your body back!
Yes! Changing the way you eat can feel overwhelming, but we intend to ease you into adopting healthier dietary habits for long-term success. You will receive a nutrition quick-start guide and meal plan plus a complimentary nutrition consultation with our nutritional specialist partner, Francesca Orlando-Bloom.

You cannot “out train” bad nutrition so the diet is a HUGE part of your success plan. It is a simple and straight forward program that has a ton of flexibility yet yields serious results.
