You’ll train with a professional fitness expert – keeping your workouts fresh and your muscles challenged. You’ll also have access to a variety of tools like Dance Fitness Class, Vinyasa Yoga, Girl Talk Motivational Coaching, Body Composition Assessments and more to help you achieve overall wellness and most desired goals.
We recommend working out at least 3 times a week. However, we give you the opportunity to workout with us as often as you want to. Based on the month to month rate, here’s a per cost breakdown.

Dance Fitness Party
Dance Fitness Party in San Diego combines high energy and and motivating music with unique moves and combinations that allow you to dance away your worries. Dance Fitness Party is not only great for the body, but also great for the mind. We have created options for you to easily fit Dance Fitness Party classes into your workout plan. You can either purchase an unlimited membership, 10 class cards or single classes. The 10 class card can be used for Dance Fitness Party and Yoga.

Yoga Vinyasa Flow
Vinyasa Flow Yoga classes maintain awareness and focus on the breath while moving through a series of postures. The sequence of postures may be different from class to class, but always follow an intelligent progression that moves from basic to complex. This style of yoga builds heat, flexibility and strength, while maintaining focus on good alignment and sound structure. Postures flow together to unite the body to the breath and mind. Open to all fitness levels. No experience necessary.
